As you release product a Bond replenishment request is automatically generated, insuring that your Bond is full at all times.

In-Plant Stores/Consignment To facilitate inventory management and improve turns, Nu Horizons can provide staff at your location, essentially becoming integrated into your team for real-time support affecting engineering, purchasing, receiving and manufacturing. Or, you can manage your inventory electronically using your own MRP, sending it directly to our Forecasting System through an EDI transaction. We can then manage pipeline purchasing and ship consigned inventory directly to your stock location. Inventory is relieved when you transmit a pull notice. All transactions are handled seamlessly, computer to computer, with direct back-end system integration and payment for product occurs only when you actually use it. Special Packaging Custom Barcoding Our barcode systems are fully automated, such that, when the parts are being packed the computer system automatically produces your specific barcode requirements and further shows the packer any special label placement requirements. All labeling can be output to your specifications or for EIA compliance; on the outside container, packing slip or labeled directly on the unit. Simply provide your sales representative with your package barcoding requirements details. Our MIS department will have your barcodes ready within two weeks.
