Nu Horizons Electronics Receives Second Time Designation as One of
Top Five Most Preferred International Distributors in China
Company Awarded by ESM China National Survey
MELVILLE, NY and SINGAPORE - June 25, 2007 - Nu Horizons Electronics Asia Pte Ltd., the wholly-owned subsidiary of Nu Horizons Electronics Corp. (NASDAQ:NUHC), a leading global distributor of advanced technology semiconductor, display, illumination and system solutions; ranked for the second time as one of the top five "Most Preferred International Distributors in China" in a nation-wide electronic components distributor survey conducted by Electronics Supply & Manufacturing China Magazine (ESMC).
Conducted annually by ESMC, the survey studies the preferences and selection processes of various electronic manufacturing companies throughout China by interviewing 1,028 senior purchasing and technical professionals responsible for all distribution purchasing decisions. The award honours Nu Horizons for its broad product offerings, strong supply capacity, long established reputation, and focus on second and third customer tiers, and other small market segments, in this region. With a monthly circulation of 38,018, ESMC is one of the most influential electronics magazines in China.
