Exar Corporation Expands Distribution Channel with Nu Horizons Electronics Corp. into Taiwan
Melville, NY and Singapore —December 5, 2006 — Nu Horizons Electronics Corp. (NASDAQ:NUHC), a leading global distributor of advanced technology semiconductor, display and system solutions, today announced their 20-year partnership agreement with Exar Corporation (NASDAQ: EXAR), has expanded to include the country of Taiwan. This expansion builds upon the existing relationship between both companies throughout North America, the United Kingdom and within Asia Pacific in Australia, New Zealand, Korea and Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand.
