Horizons Electronics Corp. Announces Global Partnership Agreement with IBM
Melville, NY (USA) - September 26, 2005 - Nu Horizons Electronics Corp. (NASDAQ:NUHC),
a leading distributor of advanced technology active components and system solutions,
today announced the signing of a global distribution agreement with IBM. The agreement
is effective immediately, partnering IBM and Nu Horizons in the United States,
Canada, Mexico, Brazil, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Australia and
New Zealand.
Under
the terms of this agreement, Nu Horizons will distribute IBM's PowerPC Microprocessor
family, Digital Video and Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) products.
