(NASDAQ:NUHC), a leading distributor of high technology active components, today announced their expanded Asian partnership agreement with Clare, Inc., a leader in the design and manufacture of solid-state relays and high voltage integrated circuits. This expansion augments the existing North American relationship between both companies and establishes distribution rights for all solid-state relay products and communication IC's within the countries of Malaysia, North and South China, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand.
